1. Our approach
Gulf Coast Connection Services LLC respects the privacy of residents, families, facility teams, and website visitors. We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to respond, coordinate a requested service, or operate an approved facility program.
2. Information you choose to provide
When you contact GCCS or submit a booking request, you may provide names, contact details, relationship or facility role, participating facility, requested service, preferred date and time, room or location preference, and scheduling or accessibility notes.
Do not submit diagnoses, detailed medical information, insurance information, financial information, passwords, verification codes, or other information that is not needed to coordinate the service.
3. Booking requests and Google Forms
The GCCS booking experience submits completed request information to the participating facility’s GCCS Google Form. Google’s own privacy terms may also apply to that submission. GCCS uses the information to review authorization, coordinate scheduling, communicate confirmation or alternate times, and support the requested service.
4. Facility programs
Facility-specific privacy, consent, authorization, recordkeeping, and business-associate requirements are addressed through the applicable facility policies and agreements. The public website is not a substitute for those agreements.
5. How information may be used
- Responding to questions and partnership inquiries
- Reviewing and coordinating service requests
- Sending acknowledgements, confirmations, changes, or cancellation information
- Operating and improving approved GCCS services and workflows
- Meeting legal, safety, contractual, or facility-policy responsibilities
6. Sharing
GCCS does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the participating facility, authorized service providers such as Google Workspace, or others when needed to coordinate the requested service, comply with law, protect safety, or meet contractual responsibilities.
7. Security and retention
GCCS uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to its role. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as needed for the purpose collected, approved program operations, contractual requirements, and applicable law.
8. Website data
The hosting platform and essential technical services may process basic device, browser, security, and request information needed to deliver and protect the website. GCCS does not use this website to request payment information or passwords.
9. Children
This website and its services are not directed to children under 13. A parent, legal guardian, authorized family contact, or facility representative should coordinate any request involving a minor.
