For nursing home and care-community leadership

More resident connection.
More support for staff.

GCCS delivers a fully managed connection and technology-support program inside your community—with equipment, scheduling, facilitation, and practical measurement built in.

Designed around operational reality

Support residents without creating
another job for staff.

GCCS is intentionally structured to remove routine technology setup, troubleshooting, family-call coordination, and session facilitation from facility teams.

01

Reduced workload

GCCS handles the designated equipment, setup, operation, and session guidance.

02

Resident engagement

Sessions are individualized around ability, interests, connection goals, and comfort.

03

Family experience

A clear request and confirmation pathway reduces uncertainty and scheduling friction.

Discuss this package

Facility packages are month-to-month. Service times are coordinated with facility leadership and subject to availability. Final scope, start date, and facility responsibilities are confirmed in a written service agreement.

Privacy-aware by design

Clear boundaries.
Respectful workflows.

GCCS limits information to what is needed for coordination, separates consent and authorization responsibilities, uses coded identifiers in quality-improvement records when appropriate, and follows participating-facility policies and agreements.

  • No diagnoses, insurance details, or unnecessary clinical information collected through public website forms
  • Facility approval and resident or authorized-contact consent remain part of implementation
  • Non-medical scope is stated clearly for residents, families, and staff
