Why GCCS Exists
More than a decade in healthcare—supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and active clinical practice as an ARRT-registered CT Technologist—gave Vanessa a clear view of care from both an operational and human perspective. Technical precision matters. So does the presence that helps someone feel seen, valued, and connected.
She also recognized a persistent challenge: care teams understand the importance of family connection, but demanding clinical responsibilities often leave little time to coordinate technology, schedule calls, prepare equipment, or guide residents through the experience.
Vanessa founded GCCS to meet that need with administrative clarity, clinical respect, and compassionate execution. GCCS manages the technology and connection process without adding another responsibility to already-busy facility teams.
