A Healthcare Career Became a Connection Mission

I built my career in healthcare before I built GCCS. Each stage taught me something different about what dependable care, clear communication, and human dignity require.

   The foundation

   My Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration taught me how standards, operations, and care-team workflows fit together. More than a decade of clinical practice as an ARRT-registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography and CT taught me how to prepare carefully, protect privacy, explain unfamiliar technology, and help people feel at ease during vulnerable moments.

   The need I kept seeing

   Residents and families wanted meaningful time together, but the practical details—coordinating schedules, preparing equipment, troubleshooting devices, and patiently guiding each person—did not fit neatly into an already-busy care team’s day. The need was real, yet no one role was designed to own it from beginning to end.

   The decision to build GCCS

   I founded Gulf Coast Connection Services to take responsibility for that non-clinical work. GCCS brings the equipment, organization, patience, and follow-through needed to make family connection and everyday technology support dependable—without adding another routine responsibility to facility staff.

GCCS is where the discipline of my healthcare career meets a conviction I could not ignore: no one should feel forgotten because technology is difficult, family is far away, or the people caring for them have more urgent responsibilities. The service is practical. The purpose is deeply human.
